No. Memberships are subject to availability and approval. Your spot is only confirmed after:

• Documentation is submitted and verified
  
• The service agreement is signed
  
• Your vehicle is approved for storage

Access is managed to ensure security and quality of service. Members can schedule access, pick-ups, or visits in advance. For any urgent requests, we will do our best to accommodate when possible but we prefer scheduling in advance.

Kartel focuses on proper storage practices and access to expert care. We also work with trusted specialists and detailers to ensure your vehicle is maintained in excellent condition while stored.

Membership terms vary, depending on the plan selected. At a minimum, one (1) month of storage is required.

Cancellation requests before the end of the first month will not be eligible for refunds or proration. You must provide a 30-day notice to cancel your membership.

Before activation of any membership or storage space, customers must provide:

1. A valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID; and
   
2. A current proof of vehicle insurance identifying the customer as the insured or authorized driver/owner.
   

Kartel may also require a copy of the vehicle registration or title to verify legal ownership or storage authorization.

A valid credit card is required to reserve a requested space; however, payment processing does not guarantee approval or space assignment. Acceptance occurs only after required documentation is received, verified, and the Service Agreement is signed by both parties.

Approval timelines vary, but we aim to complete onboarding as quickly as possible once all required documents are submitted.
