Refund policy

At KARTEL, we take pride in providing secure, high-quality vehicle storage and related services. Because each membership or service purchase reserves specific space and resources, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

All purchases, including storage memberships, deposits, and service fees, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once payment has been processed.
We do not offer refunds for:

-Unused time within an active storage term

-Early cancellations

-Partially used service packages

-Memberships or service credits

Minimum Commitment

A minimum of one (1) month of storage is required. Cancellation requests before the end of the first month will not be eligible for refunds or proration. You must provide a 30-day notice to cancel your membership. 

Unused Services

Any unused or unredeemed services, credits, or add-ons will expire in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Extensions or rollovers are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing by KARTEL management.

Service Adjustments

KARTEL reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute equivalent services in the event of operational needs or facility maintenance. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate affected members, but no refunds will be issued.
