Cancellation policy

At KARTEL, we understand that plans can change. However, because each membership and storage space is reserved exclusively for you, certain conditions apply to cancellations.

Notice Requirement

To cancel a membership or storage agreement, members must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance of the intended cancellation date.
Written notice may be submitted by email to the address provided in your onboarding or agreement documentation. Verbal or text message cancellations will not be accepted.

Minimum Term

All memberships and storage agreements are subject to a minimum one (1) month commitment. Cancellations requested before the end of the first month are not eligible for early termination or proration.

Final Billing

During the 30-day notice period, regular billing will continue. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before a vehicle may be removed from the facility. Partial months are billed in full and are non-refundable.

Effective Date

Cancellations become effective only after the 30-day notice period has elapsed and the vehicle has been removed from the facility. If a vehicle remains beyond the cancellation date, standard daily or monthly storage fees will continue to apply.

Reactivation

Former members who wish to return after cancelling may be required to reapply, pay any applicable enrollment or setup fees, and are subject to space availability at that time.
